After Purchase:

Once your order is complete, your Powergate 4 unit will be shipped ASAP. Once you receive the powergate 4 download the powergate 4 App via google play store or apple App store.

Next follow the on screen instructions on your phone app to create an account and connect to the car. You can contact live chat right here on our website if you have any issues regarding the setup though it is a very straight forward process.

Once you have read the file from your car you can contact us on the live chat and we will process your file straight away (subject to opening hours).

Once you receive the file you just need to press "write" on the app and now you have tuned your car!
